Jeffrey A. Guzman 

Founding Member - Born New York, New York, September 6, 1970; admitted to bar, 1996, New York, New Jersey, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and Eastern District of New York.

Jason T. Herbert 

Mr. Herbert is an experienced trial attorney at Krentsel Guzmanand Herbert, LLP, having taken in numerous six figure and seven figure verdicts in motor vehicle and premise liability personal injury cases. More recently, Jason took a $4.03 million dollar verdict on a premise liability case.  He has been selected as a rising star in the New York Super Lawyer.

Mr. Herbert earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Delaware and Touro Law Center, and has since been a passionate proponent for injured plaintiffs. 


Along with his admission to New York State Court, he is also admitted to Federal Court in the Eastern District. Jason T. Herbert, Esq. believes in fighting hard for his clients’ rights and works tirelessly to ensure they are awarded the full amount of damages for their injuries.

Jonathan Panarella

Jonathan Panarella received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2013.  After taking the Bar Examination, Mr. Panarella was employed with Krentsel Guzman  Herbert in the trial preparation department.  Upon his admission as an attorney licensed in the State of New York in the Spring of 2014 he was made an Associate with the firm.  Since his admission, Mr. Panarella was given a case-load primarily consisting of Medical Malpractice cases.  As part of his duties as a medical malpractice attorney, he has become versed in reading medical records, in defending plaintiff depositions, and in asking hard-hitting questions to physicians at defendant depositions.  Although Mr. Panarella handles medical malpractice cases in the office, at court he is fully capable of litigating various types of cases.  He makes daily appearances in venues ranging from Kings to Richmond to Nassau and so forth.  While only being an admitted attorney for over two years, Mr. Panarella has had a very successful career as a trial attorney already.  He has selected almost two dozen verdicts and has taken multiple, difficult Plaintiff verdicts in Kings County and Queens County.    

Michael J.R. Mule

Michael J.R. Mulé concentrates his practice in Personal Injury litigation. Mr. Mulé began his career practicing in the areas of real estate transactions/litigation, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. Since joining the team at Krentsel Guzman Herbert, LLP, Mr. Mulé has become well-versed in court appearances and litigation practice and currently handles hundreds of complex cases in the areas of premises liability, automobile accidents, construction accidents and general negligence cases. Mr. Mulé prides himself on working tirelessly on behalf of the Firm to ensure each and every one of his clients are fully and fairly compensated. Mr. Mulé received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Seton Hall University. Along with his admission to New York State Court, he is also admitted in the State of New Jersey. 

Ross Raggio

Ross Raggio is a skilled litigator and trial attorney with experience in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Bodily Injury and General Negligence. Mr. Raggio joined Krentsel Guzman  Herbert as an Associate attorney in 2013 and since that time has worked on many of the firms most complex and challenging cases. 


Mr. Raggio is a native New Yorker with close ties to his community. Mr. Raggio earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Siena College, and his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and New Jersey and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Ernest N. Reece

Ernest N. Reece is of counsel to our firm and began his legal career at the Bronx District Attorney's office in 1995 as an Assistant District Attorney in the Domestic Violence/Sex Crimes Unit. He has been in private practice for the last 20 years and has a long history winning multi-million dollar verdicts for clients in automobile accidents, workplace accidents, school accidents, assaults, as well as other areas of tort law. Mr. Reece has settled tens of millions of dollars worth of personal injury cases during his career and continues to be a strong advocate for the rights of individuals.

Anna Badalian

Ms. Badalian litigates a wide range of complex medical malpractice cases. She started her legal career as a business & corporate law attorney before joining Krentsel Guzman Herbert. She is a skilled and passionate litigator that zealously advocates for her client’s rights. She prides herself on approaching her cases with the intensity and dedication necessary to ensure that her clients attain full compensation for their injuries.

She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University at Buffalo, in English and Political Science, and her Juris Doctor from Western New England School of Law. While in law school, she published academic briefs on global human rights issues and on federal immigration reform and received awards for her accomplishments in mediation. Most recently she was competitively selected and awarded to participate in the Women’s Initiative Trial Practice CLE for the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section.

Ms. Badalian is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Armenian Bar Association and is fluent in Armenian.

Jared B. Dubin

Jared B. Dubin is an aggressive and skilled negotiator who represents plaintiffs in all aspects of personal injury law. Mr. Dubin received his law degree from Touro Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He began his law career practicing under the in-house counsel for a consulting firm, where his focus was in the areas of trust and estates, and contract law.  Prior to joining Krentsel  Guzman & Herbert, Mr. Dubin perfected his negotiating, litigation and legal writing skills at a boutique personal injury firm in New York.  Since joining the team at Krentsel Guzman Herbert, LLP, Mr. Dubin has become well-versed in court appearances, oral arguments, depositions and all areas of litigation practice. He is currently responsible for overseeing hundreds of complex cases in the areas of construction accidents, automobile accidents, premises accidents, and general negligence cases. Mr. Dubin is dedicated to vigorously pursuing the interests of his clients and ensuring that they are provided with the optimal legal representation, while fighting to obtain the best possible result  for all of his clients.

Nicholas Madej

Nicholas Madej obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree, summa cum laude, in Legal Studies from St. John’s University and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law. He began his career at Krentsel Guzman Herbert, LLP interning during his first summer at law school and was exposed to complex Personal Injury matters, including various Medical Malpractice Matters. From then on he continued working for the firm part-time each semester until he graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in May 2017. Upon graduating Law School he held a full-time Legal Assistant position continuing to work with complex Personal injury matters and using the experience he has gathered at his time at Krentsel & Guzman, LLP to ensure clients are satisfied with their representation.  His experience with motion practice, commitment to ensuring client satisfaction, and desire to help others ensures that Mr. Madej has been and shall continue to be an exceptional advocate. He recently received word that he has passed the New York Bar Exam, and will seek admission to New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
